鎂是骨骼礦化的元素之一,促進成人體內鉀和鈣的正常代謝。它有助維持體內鉀、磷、鈣、腎上腺素及胰島素的正常水平。它亦能促進正常的鈣移動,將其運送到細胞內進一步利用。鎂在肌肉和神經組織的正常運作上也扮演重要的角色。鎂可促進所有蛋白質、核酸、核苷酸、環腺苷單磷酸、脂質及碳水化合物的正常合成。*

    根據美國國家科學院醫學研究所公布的成人每日建議攝取量,年齡介於19歲到30歲的成年男子每日應該攝取400毫克的鎂。同年齡層的成年女子每日應該攝取310毫克的鎂。30歲以上的成年人每日建議攝取量男子增加至420毫克,女子為320毫克。生活模式因素與不良的飲食選擇嚴重影響鎂的攝取量。富含鎂的食物包括全穀物、堅果及綠色蔬菜,綠色蔬菜因其含有葉綠素而成為鎂的豐富來源。現今社會,肉類、澱粉、乳製品以及精加工的食品在日常飲食中占較大比例,這些食物只含有少量的鎂。高脂飲食不僅無法提供足量的鎂,而且研究顯示這種飲食甚至會阻礙身體吸收鎂。就算飲食均衡,現代飲食中所含有的營養素份量已大不如前。此外,食物烹調方式也會減少鎂的含量。因此,利用營養補充品提供的額外營養素來幫助我們平衡飲食十分重要。

Magnesium to get a great night sleep

Before I started taking magnesium I would wake up after 8hrs of sleepy not satisfied, and now I wake up refreshed with a clear mind and feeling rested, energized and that’s how amazing this product is!

Menopause had impacted my health for the last 5 years. I use to sleep 2-3 hours but not at once and now I sleep 6-8 hours a night and I actually dream at night now. The purity of these products is amazing .
