What Makes Daily Greens Unique?
Although most people know they would benefit from a well-rounded diet, just as many adults recognize they could benefit from supplementing their intake of nutrients due to poor dietary choices. Diets consisting of processed foods, sweets and unhealthy fats help set the stage for health concerns in the future as they lack necessary building blocks needed to support wellbeing. Daily Greens powder aids in providing nutrients to the body and contains plant derived nutrients that have antioxidant-supporting ingredients and alkalinizing benefits to support digestive functions. Daily Greens contains natural grass fibers, plant sourced nutrients, ginger, beet root and probiotics. Daily Greens can be used to supplement diets that may be lacking in certain nutrients. Taking a greens supplement daily can support your overall health, help maintain a healthy balance of beneficial gut bacteria and a healthy immune system.
Foods that are nutrient-rich and beneficial to health are called superfoods. Quality greens powders contain many beneficial ingredients considered super foods or functional ingredients like kale powder, spinach powder and broccoli powder, ancient grains like amaranth or highly beneficial ingredients like beet powder and ginger root powder. Ginger is in the same family as turmeric and is considered beneficial to support antioxidant levels and to pair with carrot root and other colorful foods. Greens powders are a helpful way to aid in supplementing the body with certain nutrients.
Spirulina and amaranth, when consumed as food, offer antioxidants, protein and minerals that provide numerous benefits. A greens powder, in addition to consumption of these two superfoods, can be of benefit to our dietary needs by working to add to our dietary intake.
Spirulina, or Tecuitatl (literally the stone’s excrement), is a blue-green algae that is classified as a cyanobacterium and can photosynthesize independently. When consumed in adequate amounts and consistently, spirulina can contribute to the body’s total intake of nutrients. Together supplementation in combination with a healthy diet may support healthy energy levels, support immune health, as well as support healthy lactobacillus (or probiotics) in the intestine and may support gut health. The popularity of spirulina took off after NASA astronauts used spirulina supplements in the 1970s while in space.
Amaranth seeds may be relatively new to most people, but they have been used for centuries by the Aztecs and Inca. Amaranth seeds, often considered a super-food, and referred to as an ancient grain, may help scavenge free radicals. Both dietary and supplemental amaranth work together to help benefit the body's organs with nutrients. Today, amaranth and spirulina are a crucial part of quality greens powder formulations.
Then there is kale, considered one of the most nutrient dense greens as a part of a healthy diet. This vegetable is celebrated with its own day, National Kale Day, on the first Wednesday in October. It is also part of the same family as broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and bok choy, which are known for numerous health benefits.
Daily Greens, when combined with a balanced diet, make it easier than ever to supplement your diet even in today’s hectic modern world. Whether using the powder in water, juice or a smoothie you are making a good choice to support your digestive health and immune function. Our gluten-free, vegan formula contributes to a healthy lifestyle to support a healthy body daily! Don’t shy away from healthy living. Embrace your greens daily!

Tastes Great! Not Gritty!
Wow! I have tasted a lot of powder greens and this is by far the best tasting one I’ve ever had. It’s not gritty, dissolves easily, and I don’t have to mix it with juice to make it taste good. It tastes great with just water! Another bonus is it gives me that midday pick me up. #coffeetalk #wellnesswarrior

Vacation Recovery from lack of greens!
I love my daily greens! We just recently got back from vacation. I was actually gone from home for 14 days, during which time I was eating and drinking and enjoying myself. But, I knew something was missing! I had not been eating all of the veggies that I was used to at home.
As soon as I got home, I started my daily greens w/my daily essentials and I immediately felt the difference. I became more regular again, had more pep in my step and overall felt better, lighter.
If you are someone that is not getting the 5 -6 servings of veggies a day, you will really appreciate this easy to consume way of getting those veggies! I know I do.
