Throughout the day, be sure to drink plenty of water and other fluids (a minimum of 32 ounces, optimally 64 ounces per day). Turned around 7 years of weight gain

Most of my adult life, I was the same weight. In my fifties, my metabolism changed and I gained 50 pounds in 7 years. Nothing turned around my weight gain until I found this. In the first week (detox), I began to lose inches and weight. I learned what affects metabolism and how to eat to burn fat and build muscle. In 8 months, I lost 24 inches, 31 pounds and 3 sizes and no longer had to hide between huge "tent" tops.

Maintains weight through the year

This is a lifestyle and the change is so good, Vegetables and protein are so satisfying and I love that this plan is my own food! No packaged junk to buy. The shakes are amazing as they keep me off the fast lane of fast foods. It has been years since I've been in a fast food lane. I blend it up and pop it in the freezer while I'm getting ready for my afternoon and then I take it with me for a snack. I love TLS and the results have maintained for years.
